What was the Challenge?
Despite their advanced manufacturing capabilities, TSI faced a significant challenge: ensuring accurate monitoring and analysis of flow data.
They required a comprehensive solution including IoT integration for seamless data collection, real-time monitoring, and efficient metrics analysis, all while reducing the manual effort and errors associated with traditional methods.

To address these challenges, we collaborated with TSI to develop an advanced IoT-powered system engineered to connect with their Flowmeter device, automating and streamlining flow measurement processes.
We integrated cutting-edge hardware with a robust, user-friendly software application designed to fetch, record, and analyse real-time data, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the entire process.
IoT-Enabled Flowmeter Integration
- Integrated TSI's sophisticated flowmeter, capable of connecting to water sprinklers, utilities, and fire rescue equipment.
- Enabled the device to measure pressure, volume, and other critical parameters efficiently through our IoT application.

- Created a mobile application to connect with the flowmeter via Bluetooth, allowing real-time data fetching and analysis.
- Developed a web-based interface for Super Admin, Controller, and Admin roles to manage and monitor data effectively.
